Function:
This professional-grade air-conditioning pressure gauge manifold kit is an ideal tool for the maintenance of air-conditioning systems in automobiles and commercial trucks. The set includes high-precision dual pressure gauges (low pressure 0-500psi/high pressure 0-800psi), three color-marked hoses (1.23meters/48.4 inches), valve core remover, high and low pressure adjustable coupler, various size adapters (1/4" to 5/16") and universal CAN TAP interface.Fully compatible with R134A, R22, R404A, R410A and other common refrigerants, it can be used for system pressure diagnosis, vacuum, refrigerant filling and recovery operations, and is the right-hand man for maintenance technicians and professional users.
Precautions:
Be sure to check all hoses, joints and meters for signs of damage or leakage before use to ensure safety.
Please wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, when operating.
It can only be used for designated refrigerant types, and different refrigerants cannot be mixed with equipment to avoid cross-contamination.
Pay attention to the range of the pressure gauge, avoid using it under over-range conditions, and prevent damage to the instrument.
Please clean the parts after use and store them in a dry, non-corrosive gas environment. The carrying case is included for easy storage.
Flow of use:
Connection preparation: Make sure that the air conditioning system is turned off.Choose the correct adapter and coupler, and connect the blue hose (low pressure) and red hose (high pressure) to the corresponding service port of the air conditioning system. The yellow hose is connected to the refrigerant tank or recovery/vacuum equipment.
System diagnosis: Slowly open the high and low pressure valve, observe the pressure gauge reading, and diagnose whether the operating status and pressure of the system are normal.
Maintenance operations: perform operations as needed, such as using a valve core remover to repair the valve core, vacuuming the system, or filling/recovering refrigerant.During operation, the valve needs to be adjusted slowly to control the flow rate.
Completion and disassembly: After the operation is completed, close the refrigerant tank valve first, and then close the manifold valve valve.Disconnect all connections and store them properly in the carrying case.
